Araqs (araqs.com) is a classifieds board for buying and selling beautiful phone numbers from Armenian carriers. By using the site you agree to the terms below.
What Araqs is
Araqs is a classifieds board, not a marketplace or a telecom operator. We don't buy or sell numbers ourselves, don't handle payment, and don't guarantee either side of a deal. All agreements about price, payment, and number transfer are made directly between the seller and the buyer, outside the platform.
Who can post a listing
Anyone who has verified ownership of their phone number by SMS code can list a number for sale. You may only sell numbers you actually own, served by an Armenian carrier (Viva, Ucom, or Team Telecom).
Listing accuracy
The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the listing — price, tier, operator, region, and description. The operator and number type the site detects automatically from the number's prefix are a hint, not a guarantee: because of number portability (MNP) the actual operator can differ, and the seller must review and correct these fields before publishing if needed.
Payment and number transfer
Araqs is not involved in payment, number transfer, or any other step of the deal between seller and buyer — all of that happens outside the platform. We recommend caution, and not sending money before meeting in person or otherwise verifying the other party.
What listing costs
One listing per user is free — for every status of a number, premium ones included. While the beta test runs a promotion makes three listings free. The promotion is temporary; we will announce its end in advance, after which the base rule returns. Listings beyond the free ones are charged for, or covered by a «Shop» subscription. We take no commission on the deal and take no part in settlement between seller and buyer. Current amounts are always shown on the «Promotion» page.
Prohibited content
You may not list numbers you don't own, post knowingly false information, abusive, fraudulent, or spam content, or anything that violates the laws of Armenia. Such listings are removed without notice, and access may be restricted.
Moderation and reports
We may decline or remove any listing that raises concerns, without explanation. Any visitor can report a listing using the "Report" button — reports are reviewed manually.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". Araqs does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of listings posted by other users, and is not liable for losses arising from deals between users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
Paying for the marketplace's services
Promotion services, monthly subscriptions and listings beyond the free ones are paid — they are listed with their prices under «Rules → Promotion». All prices are in Armenian drams (AMD) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made by bank card on the acquiring bank's secure page; the card number is never passed to the Araqs site and is not stored by us.
When a service counts as delivered
A promotion is switched on once the payment arrives and runs for 30 calendar days from that moment. A monthly subscription runs for 30 calendar days from the moment it is switched on. The fee for a second and further listings relates to that specific listing and counts as delivered once it is published.
Cancellation and refunds
If a service was paid for but never switched on, the money is refunded in full. If the service is running, the refund covers the unused whole days of its term. To request a refund, write to support quoting the payment date and the listing; we reply within three business days. Refunds go back to the same card the payment came from; how quickly it lands depends on the cardholder's bank.

That way an enquiry leaves a record — for you and for us — and the correspondence can be attached to a dispute if it comes to one. The marketplace has no telephone line for enquiries.
