Transferring a number
How a transfer works
Both subscribers come to the operator's office in person, with passports. The current owner files a request, the new one signs a contract in their own name. The number changes hands the same day.
What each operator charges
Our status scale follows Viva's, so Viva's names match ours, while Team Telecom and Ucom have categories of their own.
Viva
A flat 500 ֏ for the procedure itself plus the full category price. If the number has been owned for more than 24 months by an individual, or 6 months by a company, the category part is waived — only the 500 ֏ remain.

Team Telecom
The full category price plus 700 ֏. No reductions for length of ownership: however long the number has been yours, the category part stays.
Transferring numbers of the «Silver» category and above requires signing a contract with the Be Free postpaid tariff package.
